Model-specific care

Do not pour vinegar, alcohol, descaler, or another cleaning solution into the ZB-13 water system unless ICEWAVE support has confirmed that specific product and dilution for your unit.

When making slushies, the added beverage must have a sugar content of 10% or higher, and the soda content must be 16% or higher.

The ICEWAVE IW-04 / (WS-003) household countertop snowflake ice machine is designed for Korean-style bingsu, Taiwanese snow ice, and other frozen desserts. Its drum roller turns a well-mixed liquid base into soft snowflake-shaped or filamentous ribbon ice in about 1 minute. Use water, milk, juice, coffee, or a properly adjusted syrup or yogurt base - no pre-frozen ice blocks or manual ice crushing required.
