Switch off, unplug, drain, wipe and dry. Make care part of the routine.
Switch off and unplug. Remove the ice basket. Do not immerse the machine, cord or plug.
Open the drainage plug and empty the water tank.
Wipe the inner frame using diluted detergent, warm water and a soft cloth.
Wipe the exterior with diluted detergent and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Dry the inner container with a clean, soft cloth.
Close the drainage plug before adding water again.
Drain and dry before long storage; leave the lid slightly open.

A well-mixed liquid base becomes the finishing touch to dessert.
Starts producing about 1 minute after pre-cooling begins. Use a well-mixed liquid base below 50°C (122°F), within the 800 ml limit; operate below 32°C (89°F).
IW-03 / ICE · SLUSH · WATERIW-03 · 3-in-1 ice maker & water dispenser
Choose your output. Ice and slush are not dispensed at the same time. Use the manual-fill tank or connect the rear water inlet.

One year from delivery for eligible purchases.
Request authorization within 30 calendar days of delivery. Non-defective return shipping is paid by the customer.
Eligible orders to the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C.
For purchases directly from icewavetech.com delivered to eligible U.S. addresses, the entire unit is covered for one year from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use according to the instructions. Registration is not required.
For covered defects, repair or replacement includes necessary parts, labor and shipping. Misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or missed maintenance are excluded to the extent they caused the problem.
Read the warranty ↗Contact support@icewavetech.com within 30 calendar days of delivery to request authorization. Hand the return to the carrier within 14 calendar days after complete authorization and any required labels or instructions are provided.
For non-defective returns, you pay return shipping. Return the unit clean and dry, with all accessories, in its original packaging or equally protective packaging. Contact support first for covered defects, delivery damage or incorrect items.

In-stock orders are handed to the carrier within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 3–7 business days after carrier handoff, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
