Make Bingsu and Snowflake Ice in About 1 Minute.
The ICEWAVE IW-04 / (WS-003) household countertop snowflake ice machine is designed for Korean-style bingsu, Taiwanese snow ice, and other frozen desserts. Its drum roller turns a well-mixed liquid base into soft snowflake-shaped or filamentous ribbon ice in about 1 minute. Use water, milk, juice, coffee, or a properly adjusted syrup or yogurt base - no pre-frozen ice blocks or manual ice crushing required.
◆ Snow Ice in About 1 Minute: After pre-cooling begins, the IW-04 starts producing fine snowflake or ribbon ice in about 1 minute. Choose P1 to P5 to adjust production speed and texture for the liquid base.
◆ Child Lock for Household Use: Hold the Child Lock control for 3 seconds to lock or unlock the panel. Adult supervision is still required when children are nearby.
◆ 0-24 Hour Timer & Low-Material Protection: Set a delayed start or automatic shut-off from 0 to 24 hours. The low-material alert can stop operation automatically if the tank is not refilled.
◆ Automatic Cleaning Cycle: Remove and rinse the liquid tank, add warm water below 122°F (50°C) to the drainage pool, close the cover, and press Clean. The cycle finishes automatically with a beep.
◆ Compact 800 ml Countertop Design: The 9.25" × 14.76" × 10.04" dimensions (W × D × H) and 19.4 lb body fit home kitchens, dessert counters, and party serving areas without requiring pre-frozen ice blocks.
◆ Drum Roller & Forced-Air Cooling: A 150 W refrigeration system freezes the prepared liquid on the drum roller, while the distributor forms snowflake-shaped or filamentous ice for immediate serving.
◆ R290 Refrigeration System: The IW-04 uses R290 refrigerant. Keep the machine upright, well ventilated, and away from flames; refrigeration service must be performed by qualified personnel.

Pearl Milk Tea Snowflake Ice
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
● Half a cup pudding
● Half a cup tapioca pearls
● 2 cups of milk tea-flavored snow ice premix powder
● Appropriate amount of milk foam
Preparation Steps
Pour the milk tea-flavored snow ice premix powder into a snow ice machine to make it into a snowflake shape. Transfer the snowflake ice into a bowl, then add tapioca pearls, diced pudding and milk foam.
Spinach Pineapple Spirulina Snowflake Ice
● Half a bag of spinach
● 1 cup of pineapple
● 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
● 3 cups of milk
Wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water, then chop it. Peel the pineapple and cut it into chunks. Put the spinach, pineapple chunks, spirulina powder and milk into a blender and blend until well. Pour the mixture into a snow ice machine to form a snowflake shape. Place the prepared snow ice in a bowl.
Purple Sweet Potato Coconut Snowflake Ice
● 1 cup of purple sweet potatoes
● 1 cup of coconut milk
● 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
Steam the purple sweet potatoes, peel them, then put them into a blender together with coconut milk and blend until well. Pour the mixture into a snowflake ice machine to form a snowflake shape. Place the snow ice in a bowl and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Apple Pie Snowflake Ice
● 2 cups of apple premix powder
● 2 cups milk
● a little cinnamon
● 1 cup apple pie crumbles
● 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
Mix the premix powder well, milk, pour into the snow machine to make snowflakes, put the finished Snowflake Ice into a bowl, put the apple pie crumbles, drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle cinnamon.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Snowflake Ice
● 3 tablespoons of chocolate sauce
● 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
● 2 cups of chocolate premix
● 1 tablespoon of crushed peanuts

Pour the milk into a large bowl, slowly add the chocolate premix powder and stir well, pour into a snowflake maker to make snowflakes and put into a bowl. Stir together chocolate sauce and peanut butter in a small bowl, drizzle over snowflake ice, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and chocolate beans.
Strawberry Cheesecake Snowflake Ice
● 2 cups of strawberry premix powder
● a glass of water
● 3 tablespoons of strawberry syrup
● 1 cup of crushed cheesecake
● The right amount of cream
Mix strawberry premix powder, milk and water in a large bowl and mix well, pour into the snow machine to make snowflakes into the bowl. Shave the strawberry snowflakes ice into the bowl, spread with the crumbled cheesecake, drizzle with strawberry syrup and squeeze the cream on top.

Q1: What type of ice does this machine make?
It makes soft, fluffy snow-like or shaved ice — not traditional hard ice cubes. Perfect for snow cones, slushies, cocktails, and dessert toppings. You can also adjust the texture by changing the liquid ingredients (e.g., water/milk gives snow-like ice; syrup/honey gives shaved ice).
Q2: What liquid can I use?
You can use water, milk, juice, coffee, syrup, yogurt, honey, or any beverage with a temperature below 122°F (50°C). The max capacity of the liquid tank is 800ml. For thicker liquids like yogurt or honey, add some water to adjust viscosity for best results.
Q3: How long does it take to make ice?
The machine starts producing snow ice within about 1 minute after you press the cooling button. The speed is adjustable from P1 to P5 using the "+" and "−" buttons — higher settings produce ice faster.
Q4: How do I clean the machine?
Remove the liquid tank and rinse it with clean water.
Pour warm water (below 122°F / 50°C) into the drip tray.
Close the top lid and press the "Clean" button
it runs a 5-minute auto-clean cycle.
After it stops, rinse the drum roller with warm water again. A cleaning brush is included.
Q5: Can I set a timer for auto start/stop?
Yes! Short press the child lock button to enter timer mode, then use "+" and "−" to set a delay start (0–24 hours) or auto shut-off (0–24 hours). The machine will beep once to confirm.
Q6: Can I use this outdoors?
This appliance is intended for use in a well-ventilated area. Keep it away from fire sources and make sure the air outlet is unobstructed, with more than 8 inches (20 cm) of clearance from surrounding objects.
