Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are not currently supported. See our Shipping Policy ↗ .
How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders are handed to the carrier within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated transit is another 3–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded. A shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has received the package.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email support@icewavetech.com as soon as possible. We can cancel before warehouse processing begins; once processing starts, we will try to intercept the shipment but cannot guarantee success. Shipping-delay rights under applicable law are not affected.
What is the return window?
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. You may reasonably open, inspect, and briefly test the product. See our Return & Refund Policy ↗ for conditions and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover necessary return shipping for a verified defect, outbound delivery damage, or an incorrect item. For a non-defective return, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a fixed restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
We inspect the return and issue the applicable refund to the original payment method within 72 calendar hours after our authorized return warehouse receives it. Bank or payment-provider posting time is additional.
What warranty is included?

My tracking has stopped updating. What should I do?
If tracking has not updated for 3 business days or the estimated delivery window has passed, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. Reporting sooner is welcome; this guideline does not remove any legal rights.

Q1: What does the ICEWAVE IW-03 3-in-1 ice maker dispense?
The ICEWAVE IW-03 makes ice cubes and dispenses slush and chilled water from one countertop appliance. Dedicated Ice Cube, Slush, and Ice Water controls make it easy to select the required output.
Q2: How long does the IW-03 take to make ice?
Each ice-making cycle takes approximately 6–8 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature and incoming water temperature. The first cycle may take longer while the machine pre-cools.
Q7: Does the IW-03 have a timer and automatic status protection?
Yes. It supports scheduled power-on while in standby and scheduled power-off during ice making for up to 12 hours. The machine also pauses when water is low or the ice bin is full and resumes after the condition is resolved.
Q8: How do I clean the IW-03 ice maker?
Unplug the machine before cleaning. Regularly clean the interior, water tray, water tank, evaporator, and accessible water-path components with a diluted water-and-vinegar solution. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water before making ice again. Do not use flammable liquids, acids, gasoline, oil, or spray solvents.
